The way around all this expense but still get a good well toned and muscular body is to find the best workouts without weights. These exercises at home without equipment are a great way to lose fat and build muscle without weights.

There are many different exercises you can try from resistance to dynamic tension the list is endless, here are 3 of the best workouts without weights.

1. Press ups or push ups.

These exercises are super for the triceps, the chest and shoulders. When doing press ups be sure to keep your back nice and straight, let your nose touch the floor then push up without curving your back. Do about 20 reps twice a day for the first few days, then build up the amount by 5 a day. You could even put a pile of heavy books on your back for more intense workouts.

2. Sit Ups.

One of the best workouts without weights for getting a ripped stomach or six pack. Place you feet under the sofa and clasp your hands at the back of your head, then lay flat on your back and sit up. The sofa will stop your legs from lifting, do 10 reps twice a day then as before build up the amount slowly.

3. Building arm and leg muscles without weights.

A little tricky this but the best workouts without weights for arms and legs is to get a plastic bag and fill it with a few bags of sugar or tinned food then do some arm lifts and squats. Or use some dynamic tension exercises. For legs sit on a chair and push your foot to the floor, push hard and keep pushing for as long as possible then switch to the other leg. Dynamic tension for bigger arm muscles. Put the palms of your hands together and push harder and harder, keep doing for as long as possible then release rest and repeat.
