It is very essential to learn how to execute each exercise properly; full extension of movement, proper position and posture and so on or else you’ll not only reduce the effectiveness of the movement, but you’ll also be increasing the risk of injury. To master each exercise, learn to do it slowly with light weight. Your form will improve with practice.

Finally on learning how to build huge muscle, you need to be aware that muscles grow during rest not while you’re training. Do not take for granted the importance of giving your muscle sufficient time to recover so as to not interfere with the muscle building process.
