I see maybe you have built a little muscle in the past but it�s so slow and the truth is that there is no fast overnight cure to grow muscle fast and in this day and age you want everything now. Well I am sorry for you, muscle building isn�t an overnight thing it requires dedication and hard work. Kill your bad habit foods.

You should educate yourself on what you putting in your body, this will help you gain muscle faster and remember you are what you eat. Your muscles are difficult to grow period let alone in a fast manner. Make a good habit of eating correctly. I used to eat whatever my family was giving me, they were like you growing you must eat so I grew wide and fat.

Then I educated myself on a health life style. I ate muscle building food groups such as complex carbohydrate, protein and essential fatty acids. I avoided process foods, white sugar, fizzy cold drinks and junk food basically. So change you�re eating habits and your muscle will reward you with muscle gain.

Don�t over workout.

You must of get told there guys that spend hours in the gym to achieve the body they want. First of all most of these huge guys in the gym are training the wrong way and are using drugs. These huge guys just have amazing genetics and were muscular and strong before the even started working-out in the gym.

I highly recommend you do not train for longer than 45mins to 1 hr as if you go pass the dead zone point I say at this point you can trigger hormones and catabolism that will slow down the production of testosterone. So train hard and intensely 3 to 4 times a week and go for an overall body workout. Training your larger muscle groups will help release more muscle building hormones into your system helping you gain muscle faster.
