Mixed Nuts
Mixed nuts contain a large amount of different resources. Not enough people take advantage of this because at times, nuts can seem to lack resources. Mixed nuts are a great source of protein, fibre, magnesium, and potassium among other things. Nuts are also great for skinny guys who want to gain some weight in order to appear a bit bigger. If this is you, then you need lots of nuts. Basically any type of nuts are good. This includes peneuts, almonds, walnuts, and cashews, etc.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This stuff is a great way to protect you from things like heart disease and cancer. This protection comes from the 71% monounsaturated fats that virgin olive oil is rich of. I say you should get “extra” virgin olive oil because it simply tastes better and has more nutrients. You can go for the normal stuff if taste is not a big issue for you. It is best to mix this oil with salad.
Red Meat
Red meat is a great source of protein, zinc, creatine, and even vitamin B12. B12 helps maintain the health of your nervous system and helps form red blood cells. If you like hamburgers, then you can eat this stuff. But make sure its red meat.
