Maximum muscle gain comes from free weight exercises. Machines and cables help but free weight exercises cannot be compromised. They stimulate muscle fibers and cause rapid muscle growth.
Water
A dehydrated muscle takes a long time to repair. This can derail your weight training process and keep you out of the gym for days. Water also removes toxins from the body as proteins generate a lot of waste products that can only be removed if dissolved in water.
